The service
VibeTake is an AI camera and image-creation app from 杭州星狸文化创意有限公司. These terms were last updated on 17 September 2026. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app license. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected. Contact business@xingli.space for help.
Free creation and Pro
Ordinary first capture generation is available free. Free users share three advanced uses per day across higher settings, re-creation, Workshop generation, photo editing and premium presentation controls. Editing and presentation changes to the same generated result share one use; each successful re-creation or Workshop generation counts again. Hiding its visible AI label uses one additional use when confirmed. Earned permanent uses are spent only after daily free uses and do not expire. Pro offers unlimited use of these features subject to device capability; Pro never spends your rewards. Annual provides on-device Pro while valid. Lifetime permanently includes local Pro and future improvements to those features, with no renewal. Existing monthly subscriptions remain valid until their Apple-confirmed expiry or revocation. Optional future services with ongoing operating costs may be sold separately without removing included local features. Saved works remain viewable without a subscription.
Price, renewal and cancellation
Prices and eligibility vary by storefront. The app may offer a welcome price for the continuous 24 hours after first opening, a first-year price for eligible new subscribers, dated campaigns, or a Lifetime thank-you price for previously paid subscribers whose purchase was not refunded or revoked. One valid friend coupon can reduce the first payment of an eligible offer; subscription renewals use the standard price. Friend coupons last 30 days from claiming, show an expiry date, and cannot be replaced, reused or combined with another friend code. Apple determines transaction eligibility and the purchase sheet shows the final price and terms before confirmation. We cannot charge an arbitrary price outside Apple’s configured products and offers. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription or credit prior payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Turning off renewal ordinarily preserves access until the Apple-verified expiry; deleting the app does not cancel it. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings and request refunds through Apple. Restore Purchases uses the purchasing Apple Account.
Friend rewards
Sign in with Apple to receive your own friend code. Each account can use one other person’s code once. A new user entering your code within 24 hours of the original app download, with no previous payment including a refunded payment, earns you 15 permanent advanced uses. Their first qualifying annual or Lifetime purchase during the 30-day referral window earns you 30 or 60 more uses, respectively. Renewals do not create repeated rewards. Refunds do not restore first-purchase or referral eligibility. Apple-verified purchases and refunds determine eligibility; a refund recalls only unused rewards attributable to that purchase. Already spent uses remain spent. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable and remain available after a Pro subscription expires. Claiming coupons and spending permanent rewards require the server connection. Daily free uses and local creative content remain on the device.
AI output and your content
AI results can be inaccurate, distorted, unexpected or similar to other outputs. Review them before saving, sharing or relying on them. Do not use the app for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or infringements of privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for having permission to use source images and for your use of the results. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs; any rights in AI output depend on applicable law and third-party rights. Results are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable or suitable for a particular purpose.
AI labels and optional omission
Generated output retains embedded AI metadata and displays a visible AI label by default. After accepting the in-app disclosure responsibilities, Pro users may hide the label without a usage limit; free users spend one additional advanced use on confirmation. Saving or reopening that result does not spend another use. Hiding again after restoring the visible label requires another confirmation and use. The choice stays locally. Permanent reward use is synchronized without uploading images, prompts or export records. If Pro expires or is revoked, the visible label returns unless the result has a separately confirmed advanced-use grant. Hiding the label does not make an image real or remove its metadata. Disclose AI generation whenever required by law, the receiving platform or the context. Do not remove necessary disclosures or use output to mislead.
Availability, changes and responsibility
Model resources require an initial download. Purchases and restoring purchases require a connection to Apple; voice transcription may use Apple services. We may update the app for compatibility, safety and legal requirements and will notify users of material paid-feature changes where required. Keep copies of important works. We take responsibility as required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited. For disputes, contact us first; applicable mandatory consumer law and competent courts remain available.

免费创作与 Pro 权益
普通拍摄的首次生成免费。免费用户每日共享 3 次高级权益，用于更高生成设置、重新生成、Workshop 创作、照片编辑及高级呈现控制。同一生成结果的编辑与呈现调整共用一次；每次成功重新生成或 Workshop 创作另计一次。确认隐藏可见 AI 标识时额外消耗一次。永久奖励在当日免费次数用尽后使用，没有到期时间。Pro 在设备能力范围内不限次，且不会消耗奖励。年度订阅在有效期内提供本地 Pro；永久版一次购买，永久包含本地 Pro 及其后续改进，无续费。既有月度订阅按 Apple 验证的到期或撤销时间继续有效。未来有持续运营成本的独立服务可另收费，不收回已含本地功能。无需持续订阅即可查看已保存作品。
价格、续期与取消
价格与资格依商店地区而定。App 可提供首次打开后连续 24 小时欢迎价、符合资格的新订阅者首年价、注明日期的活动价，或既往实际付费且未退款或撤销的订阅用户永久版感谢价。一张有效好友券可进一步降低适用优惠的首次付款，自动续订恢复标准价。好友券领取后有效 30 天，显示到期日期，不能更换、重复使用或与其他好友码叠加。交易资格由 Apple 验证，付款确认页显示最终价格和条款；App 不能绕过 Apple 已配置商品与优惠任意收费。购买永久版不会取消既有订阅或抵扣过去费用。除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，订阅将自动续期；关闭自动续订通常保留权益至 Apple 验证的到期时间，卸载不取消订阅。请在 iOS 设置管理订阅，通过 Apple 申请退款，并用原购买 Apple 账户恢复购买。
好友奖励
通过 Apple 登录后可获得专属好友码。每个账号只能使用一次他人的好友码。严格新用户须在原始下载后 24 小时内输入你的码，且从未实际付费（已退款付费也算），届时赠你 15 次永久高级权益。对方在 30 天推荐窗口内首次符合条件的年度或永久版购买，分别再赠 30 或 60 次；续费不重复奖励。资格以 Apple 验证的购买及退款为准，退款不会恢复首次优惠或推荐资格；退款仅回收该笔购买带来的未用奖励，已使用部分不倒扣。奖励不可提现或转让，Pro 订阅到期后仍可用。领取优惠和使用永久奖励需要连接服务器；每日免费次数与创作内容保留在本机。
AI 结果与内容责任
AI 结果可能不准确、变形、出乎预期或与其他结果相似，保存、分享或使用前请自行检查。不得用于违法内容、诈骗、冒充他人、非自愿私密影像、涉及未成年人的色情内容，或侵犯隐私、肖像、知识产权等权益。你须有权使用输入图片，并对输出的使用负责。我们不主张拥有你的输入或输出；AI 输出的权利取决于适用法律和第三方权利，不保证独一无二、必然受著作权保护或适合特定用途。
AI 标识与本地隐藏选择
生成结果保留内嵌 AI 元数据，默认显示可见 AI 标识。同意 App 内声明责任后，Pro 用户可不限次隐藏；免费用户确认时额外消耗一次高级权益。同一结果再次保存或重开不再扣次；恢复显示后再次隐藏，需要重新确认并扣次。选择保存在本机，永久奖励使用会同步，但不上传图片、提示词或导出记录。Pro 到期或撤销后恢复可见标识，已单独确认消耗高级次数的结果除外。隐藏不代表图片真实，也不移除元数据。法律、接收平台或场景要求时仍须明确披露 AI 生成，不得删除必要标识或误导他人。
可用性、更新与责任
模型资源须首次下载；购买与恢复需要连接 Apple，语音识别可能使用 Apple 服务。我们可能因兼容、安全与法律要求更新 App，并在需要时告知付费功能的重大变化。重要作品请自行保留副本。我们依法承担责任，本条款不排除依法不得限制的责任与救济。如有争议，请先联系支持；适用的强制消费者保护规定与有管辖权的法院仍然适用。
