Content safety
All content safety checks run on your device and do not send your content or check results to the cloud. They support responsible creation and a more positive experience of AI, while preserving VibeTake’s local, private approach. This notice concerns what the work depicts. It does not mean your privacy, personal data, or device is at risk. Automated checks can make mistakes.
Private, on-device checks
Content checks run locally. We do not upload your photos, prompts, captions, or generated images to our servers for review. If you choose Send feedback, only the text and attachments you choose to submit are sent through our feedback provider. Saving to Photos, sharing, and your own backups follow your choices and the relevant service’s settings.
What we check
VibeTake checks the text used for creation, the original photo, the generated image, and the final caption on your device. These checks help identify potentially harmful content, such as explicit sexual imagery or graphic violence, before you save or share a work.
When a notice appears
A notice appears when our checks find strong signs of potentially sensitive content. You can return to editing, discard the work, or review it carefully before continuing. The AI image and composition must keep a visible AI label; the VibeTake brand mark is hidden. Embedded AI provenance remains. A very explicit prohibited creation request may be declined before generation.
A reminder, not a verdict
A notice is not a judgment about you or a determination that your work is unlawful. Automated checks can miss problems or flag ordinary content by mistake. We use a conservative reporting policy to reduce unnecessary interruptions; an incomplete check alone is not treated as detected harmful content. No notice is a guarantee that a work is suitable for every audience or platform. Please review it and respect others’ rights. No warning, and permission to generate, save, or share, do not certify that a work is safe, lawful, accurate, or suitable for its audience. Review the images and words yourself before each of these actions, including possible harm, privacy, consent, and others’ rights. When publishing, forwarding, or sending a work to someone, clearly disclose its AI-generated nature and follow the destination’s rules and applicable requirements. You remain responsible for what you choose to distribute; automated checks cannot replace your judgment.
